Note: If you wish to fill out officer information online, please note that the form is out of order and you must download and print out the hard-copy version of the form to fill out manually. State PTA will send out membership cards and update information as your data is entered into their system. They send these items out every Friday.

Texas PTA is pleased to introduce their new membership envelopes! The envelopes are larger and also feature an improved design. Each box contains 500 envelopes. These are a simple and efficient way to keep track of your dues. Quantities may be limited and prices are subject to change. Orders will not be processed if $2.00 shipping and handling fee is not included in payment. Membership envelopes are a non-taxable item.
